Hongzhi Wang Hongzhi Wang is a Professor of Department of Computer Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology. His interested research area includes big data management, data quality, graph data management. He has published more than 200 papers in refereed journals and conferences including VLDB, SIGMOD and IEEE TKDE. He has also been PI of more than 10 projects including NSFC key project, National Science and Technology Support Project, and co-PI of 973, 863 and NSFC key projects. Xiaoru Yuan Xiaoru Yuan is a tenured faculty member in the School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science. He services as the vice director of Information Science Center, and the deputy director of the Big Data Analysis and Application National Engineering Lab at Peking University. He received Bachelor degrees in chemistry and law from Peking University, China, in 1997 and 1998, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in computer science in 2006, from the University of Minnesota at Twin Cities. His primary research interests are in the field of visualization and visual analytics. He has co-authored over 90 technical papers in IEEE VIS/TVCG/PacificVis, EuroVis and other major international visualization conference and journals. His co-authored work on high dynamic range volume visualization received Best Application Paper Award at the IEEE Visualization 2005 conference. He led his student team won over 10 awards in IEEE VAST Challenges. He is one of the recipients of the 2018 Okawa Foundation Research Grant. He served on the program committees of IEEE VIS, EuroVis, PacificVis and many other international conferences. He was paper chair of IEEE PacificVis 2016 and paper chair of IEEE VIS 2017 (SciVis). Min Li Dr. Min Li is currently a Professor of Computer Science at the School of Information Science and Engineering, Central South University, P. R. China. Her research interests include Algorithms for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, mainly focus on algorithms and tools in De novo genome assembly, protein interaction network analysis, and essential protein discovery, etc. She has published more than 80 technical papers in refereed journals such as Bioinformatics, IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, Methods, Proteomics, BMC Bioinformatics, and conference proceedings such as BIBM, GIW and ISBRA. According to Google scholar, her paper citations is more than 2700 and H-index is 25. Dr. Min Li is a member of ACM, a member of IEEE, and a member of CCF. Haofen Wang Dr. Haofen Wang was graduated from Apex Data & Knowledge Management Lab, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is now the CTO of a well-known AI startup company focusing on cognitive intelligence technologies called Shanghai Leyan Technologies Co. Ltd. He is also the founder of the first Chinese knowledge graph zhishi.me, the co-founder of OpenKG, director of Committee on Terminology in CCF, deputy secretary-general of Language and Knowledge Computing Committee in CIPS. His research interests include knowledge graph, question answering and chatbots. He has published more than 80 high-quality international conference and journal papers. Guangjie Han Guangjie Han is currently a Professor with the Department of Information and Communication System, Hohai University, Changzhou, China and a Distinguished Professor of Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China. He received the Ph.D. degree from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2004. From 2004 to 2005, he was a Product Manager for the ZTE Company. From 2005 to 2006, he was a Key Account Manager for the Huawei Company. In February 2008, he finished his work as a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Department of Computer Science, Chonnam National University, Gwangju, Korea. From October 2010 to October 2011, he was a Visiting Research Scholar with Osaka University, Suita, Japan. From January 2017 to February 2017, he was a Visiting Professor with City University of Hong Kong, China. Wei Li Dr Wei Li holds a PhD degree in computer science from the Institute of Computing Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences China. He currently works for the School of Engineering & Technology, Central Queensland University (CQU) Australia. He has been the Head of Masters of Information Technology Programme of CQU. His research interests include dynamic software architecture, P2P volunteer computing and multi-agent systems.
