陈文光

陈文光，清华大学计算机系教授，主要研究领域为操作系统、程序设计语言与并行计算。现为中国计算机学会杰出会员和杰出讲者，副秘书长，青年科技论坛荣誉委员；ACM中国理事会主席，ACM中国操作系统分会ChinaSys主席。多次担任高性能计算和并行计算重要国际会议如OSDI、PPoPP、CGO、SC、ICS、PLDI、ASPLOS和APSYS的程序委员会委员。

Hongzhi Wang

Hongzhi Wang is a Professor of Department of Computer Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology. His interested research area includes big data management, data quality, graph data management. He has published more than 200 papers in refereed journals and conferences including VLDB, SIGMOD and IEEE TKDE. He has also been PI of more than 10 projects including NSFC key project, National Science and Technology Support Project, and co-PI of 973, 863 and NSFC key projects. He is a recipient of the outstanding dissertation award of CCF, Microsoft Fellow and IBM PhD Fellowship. He was also awarded the First Prize of Natural Science of Heolongjiang Province, the First Prize of scientific and technological Advance of the Education Ministry as well as Young Science & Technology Award of Heilongjiang Province.

Xiaoru Yuan

袁晓如 北京大学信息科学与技术学院研究员，博士生导师，信息科学中心／智能科学系副主任，机器感知与智能教育部重点实验室副主任，大数据分析与应用国家工程实验室常务副主任。2008年初在北京大学建立可视化与可视分析实验室，研究方向包括复杂流场数据可视化，高维／时空数据，交通、社会媒体数据的分析，可视化的快速构建方法。在IEEE VIS，IEEE TVCG等国内外各主要可视化期刊会议发表论文80余篇。高动态范围可视化的工作获得2005年IEEE VIS大会最佳应用论文奖。2013年来指导实验室团队10余次在IEEE VAST可视化分析挑战赛中获奖。2018年获日本大川助成奖。和国内外超算中心合作，面向科学领域应用发展了大规模流场数据的高效管理和分析方法；在安全、能源、交通等重要应用领域与国内外企业及相关部门紧密合作，开展的工作已经被应用于实践；微博可视分析、可视化快速构建系统等在线开放成果，使用者超过数万人。2009年起每年主持北京大学全国可视化前沿暑期学校，3次组织中国计算机学会可视化方向前沿讲习班，面向国内科研院所和企事业单位培养可视化人才。数十次担任IEEE VIS, EuroVis, IEEE PacificVis等国际可视化会议程序委员会委员，2017年 IEEE VIS大会论文主席(SciVis)。创建中国可视化与可视分析（ChinaVis）大会。担任《中国计算机学会通讯》专题主编，《计算机辅助设计与图形学学报》, Journal of Visualization (Springer) 等国内外期刊编委，IEEE TVCG，IEEE CG&A客座编辑。中国计算学会理事，杰出会员，杰出讲者。中国计算机学会大数据专家委员会委员。中国图象图形学学会理事、可视化与可视分析专业委员会主任。　 其他信息参见http://vis.pku.edu.cn/wiki

Min Li

Dr. Min Li is currently a Professor of Computer Science at the School of Information Science and Engineering, Central South University, P. R. China. Her research interests include Algorithms for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, mainly focus on algorithms and tools in De novo genome assembly, protein interaction network analysis, and essential protein discovery, etc. She has published more than 80 technical papers in refereed journals such as Bioinformatics, IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, Methods, Proteomics, BMC Bioinformatics, and conference proceedings such as BIBM, GIW and ISBRA. According to Google scholar, her paper citations is more than 2700 and H-index is 25. Dr. Min Li is a member of ACM, a member of IEEE, and a member of CCF. She is serving as the Editorial Board Member or the Guest Editor of a number of refereed journals such as IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, BMC Bioinformatics, BMC Genomics, Current Bioinformatics, Neurocomputing, Complexity, Interdisciplinary Sciences: Computational Life Sciences and as the Program Committee Chair of ISBRA 2017, ICPCSEE2017, and CBC2017.

Haofen Wang

王昊奋博士，上海乐言信息科技有限公司CTO，中文知识图谱zhishi.me创始人、OpenKG发起人之一。上海乐言信息科技有限公司CTO，中文知识图谱zhishi.me创始人、OpenKG发起人之一、CCF理事、CCF术语审定工委主任、CCF TF执委、中文信息学会语言与知识计算委员会副秘书长，共发表80余篇高水平论文，在知识图谱、问答系统和聊天机器人等诸多领域有丰富的研发经验。其带队构建的语义搜索系统在Billion Triple Challenge中荣获全球第2名；在著名的本体匹配竞赛OAEI的实体匹配任务中斩获得全球第1名。曾主持并参与多项国家自然科学基金、863重大专项和国家科技支撑项目，以学术负责人身份参与Paypal、Google、Intel、IBM、百度等企业的合作项目。

Guangjie Han

Guangjie Han is currently a Professor with the Department of Information and Communication System, Hohai University, Changzhou, China and a Distinguished Professor of Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China. He received the Ph.D. degree from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2004. From 2004 to 2005, he was a Product Manager for the ZTE Company. From 2005 to 2006, he was a Key Account Manager for the Huawei Company. In February 2008, he finished his work as a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Department of Computer Science, Chonnam National University, Gwangju, Korea. From October 2010 to October 2011, he was a Visiting Research Scholar with Osaka University, Suita, Japan. From January 2017 to February 2017, he was a Visiting Professor with City University of Hong Kong, China. He is the author of over 298 papers published in related international conference proceedings and journals, including the IEEE COMST, IEEE TII, IEEE TMC, IEEE TVT, IEEE TIE, IEEE TPDS, IEEE TETC, IEEE IoT Journal, IEEE TETCI, IEEE TCC, IEEE Systems, IEEE Sensors, IEEE Wireless Communications, IEEE Communications, IEEE Network, etc, and is the holder of 120 patents. Currently, his H-index is 29 and i10-index is 71 in Google Citation (Google Scholar). Total citation of his papers by other people is more than 3603 times. His current research interests include Internet of Things, Industrial Internet, Mobile Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and security.
Dr. Han has served as a Co-chair for more than 50 international conferences/workshops and as a Technical Program Committee member of more than 150 conferences. He has served on the Editorial Boards of up to 16 international journals, including the IEEE Network, IEEE Systems, IEEE ACCESS, IEEE/CCA JAS, Telecommunication Systems, etc. He has guest edited a number of special issues in IEEE Journals and Magazines, including the IEEE Communications, IEEE Wireless Communications, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, Computer Networks, etc. He has served as a Reviewer of more than 60 journals. He had been awarded the ComManTel 2014, ComComAP 2014, Chinacom 2014 and Qshine 2016 Best Paper Awards. He is a member of IEEE and ACM.

Wei Li

李威获得中国科学院计算技术研究所的计算机科学博士学位。李威博士目前任教于澳大利亚中昆士兰大学的工程技术学院。李威博士曾担任中昆士兰大学信息技术研究生学位委员会主任。李威博士的科研方向包括：动态软件体系结构、对等网络中的志愿计算、多代理系统。李威博士曾担任国际学术期刊的评委，其中包括：IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering、ELSEVIER 的 Journal of Systems and Software 和John Wiley & Sons 的 Journal of Software Maintenance and Evolution: Research and Practice等。李威博士曾担30多个国际学术会议的程序委员会委员。

Shan Zheng

Zhen Shan is the director of the Department of high performance computing in the State Key Laboratory of Mathematical Engineering and Advanced Computing of China, doctor, doctoral supervisor, associate professor, special cyber security experts of the ministry of national defense and China military network, director of China Industrial Information System Security Alliance, member of High Performance Computing Committee of Chinese Computer Federation (CCF), chairman of Zhengzhou branch of CCF. His research interests include cyber security and high performance computing.

Sun Yong-liang

Yongliang Sun received a bachelor's degree in engineering in thermal energy and power engineering from Wuhan University. Now, he is a Senior Engineer, the Deputy Director of Science and Technology Information and Communication Department of State Grid Henan Electric Power Company. He has been engaged in power system informationization for a long time, and has presided over the development of ERP, production management, marketing management, power consumption information collection, power quality inspection, power plant emission monitoring and other information projects.

Zhouguo CHEN

Zhouguo CHEN was born in 1980, Graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC), in 2006. Currently, he is a network security Senior Engineer at Science and Technology on Communication Security Laboratory, and a Network Security Expert at China Electronic Technology Cyber Security Co., Ltd.(CETC-CS).His research interests include Network Security, DarkNet/Darkweb, Big Data and Network Forensics.

Wu Zhuo-qun

Zhuoqun Wu currently serves as Senior Vice President of DBAPPSecurity Co., Ltd. and Dean of the Safety Research Institute. The main directions include application security, industrial security, mobile security, protection against attacks by using 0day. He participated in the 2014, 2015, 2016 World Internet Conference ,technical support for network security of the G20 in 2016, and he obtained excellent individuals award of the World Internet Conference representing the the security team of DBAPP Security.

Shiwei Lu
Lu Shiwei, lead researcher, one of the Initial researchers about software gene technology, specialize in deep learning and cyberspace security. He has a background in photoelectronic imaging, electronic countermeasures and network security. He has participated in the research and development of the safe city security project of the public security system, the PLA Army anti-drone project, the PLA Navy radar jamming system project and so on. Otherwise, he participated in the research and development of anti-piracy ship system of Chinese People's Armed Police, Shanghai Oriental Pearl integrated lighting control system, overall lighting control system of Beijing the tallest skyscraper. Currently, he is working as a lead researcher in Shanghai RoarPanda Network Technology Co., Ltd., responsible for the reserch, application and realization of software gene theory and technology.

Liang Xiao

Liang Xiao, Professor, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, President of YOCSEF(Nanjing) 2018~2019. His fields of interest include biomedical image processing, signal processing, image modeling and computer vision, machine learning, and pattern recognition. He has published more than 200 peer-review papers including 60 Top international journals of IEEE-TIP, IEEE TMI, IEEE TGRS, IEEE GRSL, IEEE JSTAR, etc.

Yuhong Zhang

Yuhong Zhang, Ph.D. in Communication and Systems Engineering，Henan University of Technology. He was a visiting scholar at Northwestern University （USA） from 2009 to 2011. He is Vice President of YOCSEF (Zhengzhou) 2018~2019. He is the author of the best-selling book "Tasting Big Data" and "The Beauty of Deep Learning." His main research interests include big data, artificial intelligence, and philosophy of technology. He has published more than 20 academic papers and 7 academic monographs. He is a columnist and certified technical expert in Aliyun - Yunqi community.

Xiaolan Xie

Xiaolan Xie is a professor of Guilin University of Technology.She got her Ph.D. from Xidian University.Her Research area is manufacturing information, big data and cloud computing. She is currently the deputy dean of the School of Information Science and Engineering at Guilin University of Technology. She presided over 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, presided one 863 sub-project, and presided over 6 other provincial and ministerial projects. She is the member of the China institute of Communications Cloud Computing and Big Data Expert Committee, member of the China Computer Federation Expert Committee on High Performance Computing, Collaborative Computing, Distributed Computing and Processing. Senior Visiting Scholar at Middlesex University, UK. She was hired as an expert in the Guangxi integration of informatization and industrialization, and an expert in information services in Guangxi.
